Bihler of America expands in New Jersey

Bihler of America, a provider of complex components manufacturing and machines, has opened a 103,000-sq.-ft. facility in Phillipsburg, N.J. Located adjacent to the company’s two existing manufacturing plants, the new facility became fully operational in Q1 2019. Together, the three buildings have a total of 350,000 sq. ft.

The facility is set up to produce the Bihler 4 Slide-NC, spare parts, and tooling, and offers machine and customer service. It also is the primary manufacturing facility for the BihlerMED line of illumination-based medical devices and high-volume disposable battery packs for medical device applications.
