Coe Press Equipment delivers CTL line to Ontario company

Coe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, Mich., has designed, shipped, and installed a cut-to-length (CTL) line to a manufacturer of custom air handling equipment in Kingston, Ont.

The 66-in.-wide line comprises a Coe servo roll feed, a 4.0- by 66-in. power straightener, a 66- by 14-in. dual threading table, a 20,000-lb. by 60-in. coil reel, and a 66-in.-wide hydraulic production shear. The system can produce blanks in a variety of sizes from 24 to 192 in. long and 24 to 60 in. wide. It processes stainless, galvanized, and cold-rolled steels that are 0.030 to 0.125 in. thick at up to 362 FPM.
