Coe ships coil line to Broan-Nutone Mexico

Coe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, Mich., recently shipped and installed a 36-in. coil processing line to Broan-Nutone in Tecate, Mexico, a designer and builder of home ventilation systems.

The line, which feeds a SEYI press, comprises a Series 3 servo roll feed, a 250 power straightener, and a 6,000-lb.-capacity reel. It processes galvanized steel at 50,000-PSI yield from 8 to 32 in. wide and 0.019 to 0.022 in. thick. The line can achieve a roll speed of 367 FPM with a feed accuracy of +/- 0.003 in.
