Dallas Industries acquires coil feed business unit of U. S. Machine Co.

Dallas Industries, a Troy, Mich., manufacturer of press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry, has purchased the coil feed business of U. S. Machine Co. Inc., Fraser, Mich.

The move provides Dallas Industries enhanced equipment options for markets using heavy-gauge material, especially when space is at a premium. It also opens potentially new markets and runs concurrently to the company’s announcement that it will add a nearly 24,000-sq.-ft. facility near its current location.
