EVS Metal acquires automatic tool changer-equipped press brake
EVS Metal, a Fab 40 metal fabricator and manufacturer, has acquired an Amada HG 1003 automatic tool changer press brake for its Riverdale, N.J., facility.
While a typical press brake setup may take up to 35 min. for each tool change, this press brake can load a complex tool layout within 3 min., the company reports, which helps enable rush jobs and short runs of multiple designs.
