Feintool acquires Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH

Feintool, a provider of fineblanked and formed components based in Switzerland, has acquired Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH, located in Germany. The acquisition allows Feintool to expand its business areas to include punching and laser cutting of electric motor components.

Feintool will take on all 200 employees from the acquired company.
