Saline, Mich.-based IMI Precision Eng.’s Auto In-plant group has launched a new website at www.imi-precision.com/autoinplant that features 3-D configurators; videos; and live chat with customer service, engineering, sales, and finance teams.

The site is designed to help press room operators, engineers, and designers research tooling components and configure the right part number for their applications. The site offers nearly 7,000 unique parts.

The company also offers a brochure detailing the IMI Norgren® products and services that help designers and operators integrate part motion, die structure, and modular tooling seamlessly. The brochure and website are intended to help users of tandem, crossbar, tri-axis, and hot-forming presses and other robotic applications coordinate their process, die, and finger designs for optimal efficiency and throughput.
