Majestic Industries announces production stamping capability

Macomb, Mich.-based Majestic Industries, a designer and builder of progressive stamping dies, has announced its ability to run production stampings for emergency offload, as well as short-term and long-term requirements for dies from 48 to 280 in.

The company has seven stamping presses from 500 to 2,750 tons, with the larger presses equipped with drop-through bolsters that accommodate 72-in.-wide coil stock and thicknesses up to 5 mm. All the presses feature tonnage monitors and sensors for presample production runs. The equipment can process materials including cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel, galvanized, stainless, aluminum, and AHSS.
