MG srl marks 60 years in business

MG srl, a provider of metalworking equipment, roller bending machines, profile bending technology, straightening machines, and digital CNC systems with customized software, celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2019. Today the Italian company has 129,000 sq. ft. of space, exporting to 60 countries.

The company attributes its successful expansion to "60 intense years of corporate coherence, of strong vocation, technological development, of cultural, economic and environmental change, of targeted objectives--years of waking up at dawn, of coming home late at night, and of pizzas consumed in the workshop.">

The manufacturer recently added electronic parallelism and linear guide models to its bending line. A dedicated electronic control helps guarantee precision and repeatability on each roll. The side rolls move along a linear axis that reduces the space between each roll and allows very small diameters with a shorter, flat end.

MGsrl has produced a lively video, "MG Flashmob" in celebration of its anniversary.
