Nidec Minster completes acquisition of Press Masters

Nidec Minster Corp., Minster, Ohio, has announced the completed, 100 percent acquisition of Press Masters LLC, Cheshire, Conn.

Press Masters has been a distributor for Nidec Minster and other pressroom products in the territory east of the Mississippi for many years. Its team of 14 employees now joins Nidec Minster.
