Superior Die Set names new CEO

Superior Die Set Corp., Oak Creek, Wis., has appointed Martin Girga as CEO. He is the first CEO from outside the Janiszewski family in the company’s 96-year history.

Girga succeeds President/CEO Frank Janiszewski. After more than 40 years at Superior, Janiszewski and his brother Casey remain majority shareholders of the company and serve as co-chairmen of the board of directors.

Girga most recently served as vice president/GM at Giddings and Lewis. He also has worked at Danaher, ITT Industiral Process, and Orchid Orthopedic.

Superior Die Set Corp. is a fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer of steel and aluminum products for the metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and forging industries, along with fabrications used in machine tools, construction, and press automation.
