ATEK Companies celebrates 75 years
Eden Prairie, Minn.-based technology manufacturer ATEK Companies is celebrating 75 years in business this year. ATEK was founded in 1946 as a metal stamping company by Fred Bieber.
With four operating companies and five locations throughout Minnesota and Iowa, ATEK comprises ATEK Access Technologies, ATEK Metal Technologies, Solar Plastics, and Fluidall.
The company employs 500 people and serves the motorsports, recreational, transportation, industrial, sporting, agriculture, medical, military, government, and oil and gas industries.
