Hexagon acquires TST Tooling Software Technology

Hexagon AB has announced its acquisition of TST Tooling Software Technology LLC, the U.S. and Canada master distributor of Hexagon’s Visi CAD/CAM software and Peps CAM programming software. TST also develops applications that work within the Visi interface and offers support, training, and consultancy.

Based in Clarkson, Mich., TST has 18 employees who will continue to support Hexagon’s production software portfolio in North America as part of the direct organization. The company will be consolidated within Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division.
