United Lens Co. to renovate Massachusetts facility

United Lens Company Inc., a provider of optics coating, polishing, molding, and machining services for the aerospace, laser, and military/defense industries, is renovating its Southbridge, Mass., facility with a 200,000-sq.-ft. utility system building.

This $15 million project will update the company’s HVAC, compressed air, and deionized water systems, as well as its electrical infrastructure. A new roof will be added to the primary production building.
