Fusion Coolant Systems named one of 2019 “Michigan 50 Companies to Watch”

Fusion Coolant Systems, Canton, Mich., has been recognized as one of the 2019 “Michigan 50 Companies to Watch,” an awards program presented by Michigan Celebrates Small Business.

Spun out of the University of Michigan, Fusion is commercializing a patented technology platform that uses supercritical CO2 as a cutting fluid for manufacturing. According to the company, its Pure-Cut™ technology increases manufacturing speed and agility, reduces capital and consumables costs, and eliminates major health and environmental risks.

The awards program recognizes companies with six to 99 full-time-equivalent employees that generate $750,000 to $50 million in annual revenue or working capital from investors or grants.
