Abtex announces staff additions

Dresden, N.Y.-based Abtex Corp., a provider of integrated brush/machine deburring systems, has announced the hiring of four new staff members.
Rafael Colon has been named as a mechanical design engineer with special responsibility for the company’s deburring systems product line. He has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred, and he participated in the company’s summer internship program in 2016-2017.
Janette Hurley has signed on as an accounting support associate on the finance team. A graduate of Monroe Community College, she most recently served as a collections analyst for Xylem Inc.
Joshua Kinsey has been hired as a manufacturing engineer with special responsibility for the company’s manufacturing product line. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Alfred University and was an intern with the company in summer 2017.
Thomas Moracco has joined the firm as a mechanical design engineer with special responsibility for the company’s deburring systems product line. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred.
