AZZ Inc. announces management promotions

AZZ Inc., a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of metal coating services, welding systems, and specialty electrical equipment, has announced the promotions of Bryan Stovall to COO of its Metal Coatings Segment and David Nark to senior vice president of strategic marketing, communications, and investor relations.

Stovall joined the company in 1993. He most recently served as senior vice president and president of AZZ Galvanizing Solutions. Nark joined the company in 2013 as vice president of marketing and communications and now adds investor relations to his job responsibilities.
