Bico Steel acquires RE Metal Finishing

Mogadore, Ohio-based Bico Steel, a portfolio company of Validor Capital, has announced its acquisition of RE Metal Finishing. The Kent, Ohio, company, which provides steel peening and metal finishing services, has been renamed Bico Metal Finishing.

Bico is a processor of heavy carbon steel plate and forged specialty alloy steel, with locations in Akron, Ohio; Kent, Ohio; Grand Rapids, Mich.; and Breckenridge, Mich.
