Dynabrade acquires Manth Mfg.
Dynabrade Inc., a manufacturer of portable pneumatic abrasive power tools in Clarence, N.Y., has announced its acquisition of one of its strategic suppliers, Manth Mfg. Inc., Tonawanda, N.Y. The machine shop will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynabrade.
Manth Mfg. is a provider of high-precision machined components and value-added services.
