Jason Industries to acquire Matchless Metal Polish Co.

Jason Industries, Milwaukee, has announced the planned acquisition of The Matchless Metal Polish Co., Chicago. Matchless, a provider of metal finishing products and services, will be incorporated into Jason Industries’ Osborn business unit, which serves the industrial market segment.

Osborn is a supplier of surface treatment systems and finishing tools for industrial and commercial applications within the material finishing, deburring, cleaning, honing, and surface polishing segments.
