MicroCare LLC announces sale of business
Norwalk, Conn.-based Capital Partners has completed a control investment in MicroCare LLC, New Britain, Conn., in partnership with the company’s co-founder and senior management.
The company, which offers cleaning, coating, and lubricating fluids used in manufacturing, continues to operate under the MicroCare, Sticklers, and MicroCare Medical brands. Tom Tattersall, former COO, assumes the role of MicroCare CEO.
