Powder Coating Institute’s 2022 scholarship recipients announced

The Powder Coating Institute (PCI), Lakewood Ranch, Fla., has announced the winners of its 2022 scholarships, given to deserving students who are studying subjects that can lead to a career in powder coating. The $45,000 awarded includes donations of $5,000 from each of seven corporate donors.

The winners are:

• Scott Andreae, University of Wisconsin – Stout - PCI/Axalta Scholarship
• John Frantz, Butler University and Purdue School of Engineering & Technology - PCI/Gema Scholarship
• Daniel Knecht, University of Cincinnati - PCI/Henkel Corp. Scholarship
• Joseph Dahlgren, North Dakota State University - PCI/IFS Coatings Scholarship
• Chloe Yeagley, University of Cincinnati - PCI/Nordson Ken Kreeger Scholarship
• Tyler Kleinsasser, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology - PCI/PPG Scholarship
• Kyle Hoff, California Polytechnic State University - PCI/Sun Polymers Scholarship
• Hyunseok Kim, Purdue University – PCI General Scholarship
• Adam Mistretta, Clemson University – PCI General Scholarship
