Rhodius USA acquires Sundisc Abrasives, names VP sales and marketing

Rhodius USA, Mount Pleasant, S.C., the North American subsidiary of German industrial group Rhodius, has appointed Mark Linn as vice president sales and marketing. The appointment is complementary to the firm’s acquisition of branded business managed by former exclusive importer Sundisc Abrasives.

Linn culminated his 28-year career with Metabo by transferring to Sundisc Abrasives in mid-2015.

U.S. operations will continue out of the recently completed 65,000-sq.-ft. facility in St. Louis, which offers centers for logistics and training, as well as customer service.
