SAF marks 75 years in business

Atlanta-based SAF, founded in 1946 as one of the first two anodizing lines in the U.S., is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2021.

Today the company also offers aluminum finishing, extrusion and sheet distribution, and metal fabrication from several locations, with products including architectural panels, column covers, and exterior building systems. It has facilities in Atlanta; Villa Rica, Ga.; Nashville, Tenn.; Indianapolis; and Redding, Calif.

To commemorate the anniversary, the company is giving back to the community with a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
