Southwest Metal Finishing, Inventix Mfg. purchased by Armor Group

New Berlin, Wis.-based Southwest Metal Finishing has been purchased through a court-supervised receivership proceeding by Armor Group Inc., based near Cincinnati. Armor also took ownership of Inventix Mfg., which Southwest purchased in 2004.

Southwest Metal Finishing offers decorative chrome plating and metal finishing. It employs about 400 people and offers manufacturing and finished-goods storage in plants in New Berlin and Piedras Negras, Cohuila, Mexico.
