TCI Powder Coatings hires business development manager

Ellaville, Ga.-based TCI Powder Coatings, a subsidiary of RPM Intl. Inc., has named Rich Chappel as business development manager for the Southwest region (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma). He has more than 25 years of experience in powder coatings and the industrial market segment.

For the past 16 years, Chappel held several positions at Valspar in sales and market segment management. Before that he helped launch the Lilly Powder Coatings business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas.
