Walter Surface Technologies acquires Greenfield Industries

Montreal-based Walter Surface Technologies has announced its acquisition of Greenfield Industries, a manufacturer of branded and private label cutting tools in Seneca, S.C.

Greenfield Industries continues to operate under its own brands: Cleveland, Chicago-Latrobe, Cle-Line, and Greenfield Threading. Activities for customers and suppliers remain unchanged.

With U.S. headquarters in Windsor, Conn., Walter Surface Technologies is a provider of abrasives, power tools, tooling, industrial cleaners, degreasers, and lubricants.
