Bystronic, MSS Nitrogen establish strategic partnership

Bystronic Inc. and MSS Nitrogen Inc. have entered into a partnership agreement to supply two systems—NitroCube - Bystronic N2 Generation powered by MSS and NitrO2 Mixing - Bystronic NitrO2 Mixing powered by MSS—into the North American market.

MSS, located in Rockhill, S.C., will supply the systems and provide installation, training, and service. Bystronic will be responsible for the sales and distribution of these products.

NitroCube is a compact nitrogen generator suitable for use with fiber laser cutting. NitrO2 Mixing offers inline mixing of nitrogen and oxygen gas sources to create a custom mixture that helps increase laser cutting speeds by up to three times compared to N2 or O2 single supplies, according to the company.
