Cadence Inc. acquires Arcor Laser Services

Cadence Inc., a contract manufacturer located in Virginia, has announced the acquisition of laser processing firm Arcor Laser Services. Connecticut-based Arcor provides laser welding, machining, marking, and drilling services from two manufacturing facilities.

Cadence also has locations in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
