Hypertherm announces new board chair

Hypertherm, a Hanover, N.H.-based manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, has announced the retirement of company founder Dick Couch from board chair. He remains chair emeritus and trustee of the company’s employee stock ownership program.

Richard Lettieri, 34-year board member and current lead director, has been named the new board chair. He is the founder of Dock Square Consultants Inc. and a graduate of Lehigh University and Harvard Business School.
