Arch Global Precision acquires Morsch Machine

Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Arch Global Precision has acquired Morsch Machine, a manufacturer of precision-machined parts, electronic mechanical support components, enclosures, chassis, and modules for the commercial aviation, defense, and space industries located in Chandler, Ariz.

Morsch joins the Arch Precision Components Segment, offering a variety of capabilities in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis precision machining, structural adhesive bonded assembly, mechanical assembly, 3D printing, and engineering CAD/CAM design support.

Arch manufactures cutting tools, medical instruments and implants, and precision-machined components for the medical, aerospace, defense, energy, semiconductor, surgical robotics, and progressive industrial markets.
