Compass Precision purchases Douglas Machining Services
Charlotte, N.C.-based Compass Precision LLC has announced its acquisition of Douglas Machining Services LLC, a manufacturer of precision metal components based in Winona, Minn. Douglas Machining’s manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, vertical milling, CNC lathes, and EDM services.
Compass will support Douglas, its fifth operating company, with centralized platform resources that provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, sales and marketing support, and other administrative support services.
