Fox Valley Metal-Tech adds two machining centers
Fox Valley Metal-Tech Inc., a custom metal fabricator with locations in Green Bay, Wis., serving commercial and defense markets, has increased its machining capacity by adding two new machining centers.
The Toshiba BTH-130.R24 horizontal boring bar can handle workpieces of 118 by 90 by 60 in. and weighing up to 44,000 lbs. The Feeler FV-2218 double-column bridge mill has a table size of 79 by 67 in. and offers heavy-duty milling of large workpieces up to 15,000 lbs.The company also provides waterjet and CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC press brake forming, precision CNC sawing, GMAW and GTAW to AWS and NAVSEA codes, in-house painting, and assembly.
