GWS Tool Group announces acquisition of Alliance CNC

Cutting tool manufacturer GWS Tool Group LLC, Tavares, Fla., the parent company of GW Schultz Tool and CGI Tool, has acquired Alliance CNC Cutter Grinding Services Inc., a manufacturer of tight-tolerance drills, reamers, and microtools.

Alliance CNC will continue to operate its facility in Grand Rapids, Mich., under the direction of its long-tenured management team.
