Hennig Inc. acquires Industrial Coolant Systems
Hennig Inc., Machesney Park, Ill., a provider of machine protection, facility safety, and chip and coolant management systems, has announced its acquisition of Industrial Coolant Systems (ICS).
Based in Denver, ICS is a developer of high-pressure coolant systems, coolant filtration systems, and other machine tool peripherals that tie into the IoT and Industry 4.0.
