IMG Companies LLC, Livermore, Calif., has acquired Applied Fusion Inc. (AFI), a manufacturer of critical welded machined components in San Leandro, Calif. Personnel and core capabilities remain intact at AFI.
IMG is a vertically integrated manufacturer of process-sensitive, critical, and highly engineered components and consumable parts.
