Nippon Sharyo Mfg. machinery, equipment to be auctioned June 19-20

Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers Inc. has been appointed by Nippon Sharyo Mfg. LLC to sell the industrial machinery and equipment from its Rochelle, Ill., site. The railcar manufacturer stopped using the facility for manufacturing in July 2018. Most of the equipment was purchased new between 2010 and 2016.

The two-day auction, June 19-20, 2019, will include:

• Three 4,500-watt Mitsubishi ML6030 & ML3015 CNC lasers w/ sheet loader.
• Five Dener Mitsubishi CNC press brakes to 660 tons by 238 in.
• Arku FlatMaster leveler, AccurShear shears, hydraulic presses, ironworkers, and belt sander.
• 23 Genesis robotic spot-welding systems.
• More than 200 like-new Miller welding machines.
• Sideros positioners, seam, stud, and spot-welding machines.
• A 14- by 27-ft. BeaverMatic car bottom furnace.
• A 20- by 30-ft. ABS blast booth.
• A 20- by 60-ft. Spray Systems paint booth.
• Trackmobile rail car movers, Airfloat transporters, and SEFAC jacks.
• A test track with DC power supply, catwalk systems, and more than 30 railcar dollies.
• Scissor lifts, forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, trucks, and trailers.
• More than 2,000 lots hand tools, shop and support equipment, lifting equipment, and office furniture.

The auction at 1600 Ritchie Ct., Rochelle, Ill., will be open to the public starting at 9:00 a.m. both days. Bids can be made in person or in real time online via BidSpotter.
