NTMA names new president

The National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), Cleveland, has appointed Roger Atkins as president. Atkins joined the association in 1979 and has held every officer position at the national level, including serving as NTMA chairman in 2012, as well as every officer position in the Houston chapter.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Atkins began his career at his family’s contract manufacturing business. Over the years he spearheaded significant growth in multiple contract manufacturing companies, all of which also belonged to NTMA. For the past several years he has operated RJ3 Enterprise LLC, an executive advisory company for contract manufacturers.
