Sixeight acquires US Machine & Tool
Sixeight, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based growth equity firm, has acquired US Machine & Tool, Murfreesboro, Tenn., a provider of CNC machining and fabrication.
US Machine & Tool’s services include CNC milling and lathe work, wire EDM, surface and OD grinding, and CMM inspection. The company also builds production jigs, fixtures, and tooling for other manufacturers.
