Southern States Machinery hosts Steel Tech expo

Machine tool distributor Southern States Machinery had 250 attendees at its second annual open house in Mooresville, N.C., recently. The Steel Tech expo was held over three days with more than 30 machines operating and under power from 25 manufacturers. Factory-certified experts were on hand to answer questions about applying manufacturing equipment to existing production processes.

The event also included 15 complimentary educational seminars on such topics as collaborative robots, robotic welding, fiber laser, machining, and employee performance.
