Yushiro, QualiChem announce global partnership agreement

Yushiro Mfg. America Inc., Salem, Va., a subsidiary of Yushiro Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. has entered into a global strategic partnership with QualiChem Inc. Both companies manufacture metalworking fluids.

In the water treatment chemical market, Yushiro will build on QualiChem’s private label business. QualiChem will continue to be led by its current leadership team of Glenn Frank, president, and Dennis Butts, executive vice president.
