Borgman Capital acquires three manufacturing companies

Private investment firm Borgman Capital LLC, under its Milwaukee-based umbrella company Material Handling Holdings LLC, has acquired three manufacturing companies in southeastern Wisconsin: Solution Dynamics Inc. and Lift Products Inc., both of Waukesha, and Waupun-based Derco Mfg. Inc.

Solution Dynamics distributes warehouse, storage, and industrial equipment such as conveyor systems, stackers, drum handling equipment, lifting systems, and hoists/cranes. Lift Products manufactures lift tables, tilt tables, upenders, and electric platform trucks. Derco Mfg. is a metal fabricator that helps manufacture Lift Products’ equipment.

The 40 employees that work at the three companies will continue working in their respective locations.
