New York-based Columbus McKinnon Corp., a manufacturer of motion control products and systems, has announced plans to acquire Dorner Mfg. Corp, Hartland, Wis.
Dorner manufactures modular standard and highly engineered conveyor systems for the metalworking, packaging, and other industries. It has facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
