Dorner acquires Mexico-based Sautem
Dorner Holding Co., Hartland, Wis., the parent company of Dorner Mfg. Corp., has announced the acquisition of Sautem, a designer and supplier of process automation equipment in Jalisco, Mexico.
Dorner Mfg. manufactures industrial and sanitary conveyor systems.
