Motion & Control Enterprises acquires Ultimation Industries LLC
Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air products, service, and repair, has announced its acquisition of Ultimation Industries LLC, Roseville, Mich.
Ultimation is a provider of highly engineered automation and material handling systems to the energy, automotive, logistics, and vertical farming markets.
“We have now completed 11 acquisitions since January 2021 as we expand our range of highly engineered, full-lifecycle fluid power, flow control, automation, and compressed solutions to our OEM and end-user customers,” said Charles Hale, MCE chairman/CEO.
