Yale Materials Handling announces winners of 2018 Dealer of Excellence Awards

Yale Materials Handling, Greenville, N.C., a provider of lift trucks and hand trucks, has presented the 25th annual Dealer of Excellence Awards, which honor dealers that demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and the safety of their associates.

The program evaluates dealers against standards for customer satisfaction, service, rental, training, new unit sales, aftermarket, engineered products, and general management.
