Admiral Steel adds Minster-Nova blanking line

Admiral Steel, a supplier of specialty spring, alloy, and strip-quality steels as coil and sheets, now offers precision-cut blanks with the addition of a Minster-Nova blanking line.

According to the company, the line delivers very tight length tolerances and improved flatness when blanking coil to length. Capacities of 0.020 to 0.187 in. thick and 26 in. wide allow the company to offer almost any cold-rolled specialty steel in stock as a precision-cut blank. Length tolerances as tight as 0.003 in. provide consistent product quality, states the company.
