Advanced Heat Treat expands capacity in Iowa

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. has purchased a gas nitride unit to expand its capacity for UltraGlow® gas nitriding and UltraOx® surface treatment at its corporate office and service center in Waterloo, Iowa. This large, high-temperature gas nitride unit also increases the company’s capacity for current gas ferritic nitrocarburizing and stress-relieving services.

The company now has more than 50 units across four locations in Alabama, Iowa, and Michigan.
