American Posts acquires Ohio-Kentucky Steel

Toledo, Ohio-based steel U-post manufacturer American Posts LLC has announced the acquisition of Ohio-Kentucky Steel, Franklin, Ohio, a provider of steel and aluminum slitting, material handling, warehousing and storage, and supply chain management.

Through the acquisition, Ohio-Kentucky Steel Corp. has become Ohio-Kentucky Steel LLC. Its facility in Franklin continues to provide the same services, and all staff members are expected to be retained.
