Barsteel Corp. acquires Millennium Metals

Barsteel Corp., a flat-rolled steel distributor and processor, has announced its acquisition of Millennium Metals LLC, Steger, Ill., a processor and distributor of plate and bar products. Art Hoekstra, co-founder of Millennium Metals, continues as president of Millennium.

Barsteel, Highland Park, Ill., is a distributor of hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and coated steel products.
